Begin your adventure at The Shire's Rest and take a scenic ride to Hobbiton. Along the way, enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and stories from the Alexander family about their role in Middle-earth magic.

Highlights

1. Hobbiton Sign

5. The Green Dragon Inn

Tickets included

Enjoy a complimentary drink from Hobbiton’s Southfarthing range and relax by the fire. The ales and cider served here were specially brewed for Hobbiton, with lower alcohol content for filming realism. Don’t miss the Frogmorton Ginger Beer—it’s refreshing and family-friendly!

6. Return to The Shire's Rest

Board the vehicle for a relaxing ride back to The Shire’s Rest. Reflect on your magical Hobbiton experience as you traverse the scenic Alexander farm. Before heading back to Auckland, explore the Shire Store for unique memorabilia and grab a bite at the café while enjoying the picturesque countryside.
