Hell's Gate Geothermal Reserve Tours & Tickets

I would like to request a partial cancellation for this booking (Booking ID: 24494127). One of the adult tickets is no longer needed because my wife is unable to participate due to health reasons (she started her menstrual cycle yesterday morning). We consulted the staff at the front desk, and they were very understanding and supportive of the cancellation. However, since the reservation was made via an agency, they could not process it directly, but they made a note in their system, which you are welcome to verify by phone. I have attached the ticket invoice and the note they provided. I also tried to reach out through your app’s chat support continuously in the morning yesterday. But received no resolution. Moreover, there was no New Zealand local customer service number to call, which caused further inconvenience and additional losses for us. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. I have lived in New Zealand for nearly ten years and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I sincerely hope you can assist in resolving this matter appropriately.

It was a new and relaxing experience. I have never had a mud bath before and it was amazing.

Really great experience at Hell's Gate - I recommend taking the guided tour it was very informative and was kept interesting. One piece of advice: do not put the mud whilst at the spa on your forehead, no one tells you not to but when you wash it off it burns your eyes really bad, a few of us were suffering and it lasted a long time
